IN THE ROUND

8th June - 19th August 2023

The circle is considered by scientists to be the most perfect of geometric shapes, the ultimate geometric symbol, philosophers and theologians talk of the circle as sacred or even supernatural.

The circle can be found throughout our everyday lives from gigantic structures of worship such as Stonehenge to the small band of gold used to symbolise love and unity. The circle has no corners or edges, it has no beginning and no end, it is a universal symbol representing the sun and moon, time, infinity, wholeness and the cycles of life.
